About this cartoon: In a lineup of truly terrible Cabinet officials, perhaps the worst was Scott Pruitt, President Trump's head of the Environmental Protection Agency. Pruitt did everything he could to destroy environmental protections in favor of fossil-fuel interests, but it was Pruitt's constant scandals of enriching himself and his wife, lavish spending of public money, flagrant conflicts of interest and on and on that finally made him too much of a liability even for Trump.
